At Spectre Academy, we stand behind the quality of our educational content and aim to provide an exceptional learning experience. Below is our updated refund policy for both a-la-carte purchases and subscriptions.
A-La-Carte Course Purchases:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all individual course purchases unless otherwise stated on the product page. Regardless of the reason, if your request is submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase, we will issue a full refund—no questions asked.
To request a refund, please submit a support ticket here. Refunds are processed as soon as possible.
All Access Pass Subscription:
If you purchase the All Access Pass subscription (monthly, quarterly, or annual), you may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial purchase only if you have not enrolled in or started any course during that period. Once you enroll in any course, you become ineligible for a refund.
- The trial period fee is non-refundable, even if no courses are accessed.
- Gifted subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Promotional All Access Passes are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Promotions, Sales & Pre-Orders
All discounted, pre-order, and seasonal sale purchases (e.g., Black Friday, 4th of July) are final and non-refundable. Offers, discounts, and coupon codes are not retroactive and apply only to the specified products during their valid promotional period.
Corrupted Downloads or Technical Issues
If your downloaded files are corrupted or inaccessible for reasons outside your control, we will reactivate your download link or provide alternative access at no additional cost. Just reach out via our support portal.
