Refund Policy

Spectre Academy offers a minimum 14-day return policy on all al-à-la carte course purchases and subscription options unless stated otherwise on the product page. Regardless of your reason for wanting a refund, if it is within fourteen (14) working days after your purchase, we will grant your refund. To request a refund, create a support ticket here and the refund will be processed as soon as possible.

Due to the nature of our products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return a product”. We, therefore, DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges after purchase beyond the 14-day grace period. All promotional, discounted, and pre-order sales are final and therefore non-refundable/exchangeable.

All Seasonal Sales (Black Friday, 4th of July, etc.) are not retroactive and apply only to the specified products within the valid period of time. Offers/coupons are not retroactive and apply only to the specified products within the valid period of time.

If your downloaded content is corrupted for reasons out of the control of Spectre Academy, you may download it again at no additional charge and if the link is deactivated we will reactivate the link for you.
